Trained in photography at Princeton by esteemed photographer Jeff Whetstone, a fellow biologist-artist, Ellie continues to explore relationships between science, nature, and femininity from behind the lens. 

Ellie has done both freelance and pro bono design work, creating graphics for Princeton University, nonprofit organizations, and businesses, and co-wrote and illustrated a children's book in 2014. She also loves to daydream and usually tries to capture those fantasies via marker or ink.
